By accessing digizaf.com or engaging Digizaf for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Digizaf

Digizaf is a web design, development, and digital marketing agency based in Sargodha, Pakistan, offering custom WordPress development, ecommerce store development, website redesigns, maintenance & support, speed optimization, technical & on-page SEO, website migration & hosting setup, landing page design, UI/UX design, conversion rate optimization, and branding & content strategy, as described on this website.

Quotes & Proposals

Pricing shown on our Pricing page (starting packages, care plans, and add-ons) is a general starting point, not a final quote. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are confirmed in a written quote or proposal following a consultation, and only become binding once agreed by both parties.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, new projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due either in full upon completion or across an agreed milestone payment schedule, as set out in your invoice. Website Care Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis for as long as the plan remains active. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or suspension of care-plan services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website/design transfers to the client, excluding any third-party assets, licensed plugins/themes, stock photography, or frameworks used in the build, which remain subject to their own original licenses. Digizaf retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, approvals, and access (e.g. hosting, domain, or third-party accounts) needed to complete a project. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

Revisions & Refunds

The number of included revision rounds is defined per project agreement or package. Refund eligibility depends on work already completed at the time of a cancellation request and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis against the signed project agreement.

Website Care Plans

Care Plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are optional, recurring monthly services covering the maintenance tasks described on our Pricing page. Plans can generally be cancelled with notice as set out in your plan agreement; cancelling a plan does not affect ownership of the underlying website.

Limitation of Liability

Digizaf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
